Judi Hicklin

Judi is the ideal Facility Manager for the Plastic Surgery Center. She joined the team in 2006. Her many years of experience in the development, management, and administration of multi-specialty facilities make her invaluable to our facility. Her expertise in the certification and accreditation standards process give rise to the ultimate leader and manager for our 9,000 sq ft surgery center. Judi's depth of knowledge and her cooperation with community safety organizations help her to ensure your privacy, safety, and elevated quality of care.
Janet L. Gomez, RN BA RNFA

Janet, RN has practiced with Dr. Iverson for 35 years as a RN First Assistant and Plastic Surgical Nurse/Skin Care Specialist. With degrees in Nursing and Management, her knowledge bases are integral to the practice. She is responsible for your "before-during-and-after" nursing care: before surgery teaching...during surgery OR assistance to Dr. Iverson...after surgery patient care management and direction on your road to recovery. Providing services for our skin care program demonstrates her learnedness, talent and injectable artistry.
Joyce Provencher

Joyce joined the practice in 1998 and has acted in many capacities throughout her years with Dr. Iverson. As our Medical Administrative Assistant, her direct involvement in patient coordination, marketing, promotion and direct communication are areas in which she shines. Her uplifting nature, infectious smile and dedication to your surgical experience and its success are but a few of her contributions to the success of our team. Degreed in Health Sciences and a licensed realtor, Joyce's people skills are honed and ready to work for you.
Kris Dixon

Kris is the Surgical Coordinator for our practice. After 20 years on the staff, her administrative duties vary but she is responsible for scheduling of all surgical procedures. As the liaison between you and the Plastic Surgery Center or hospitals, she will coordinate all arrangements for your comfort and safety. She can coordinate caretakers or lodging for your recovery care. As a mother of 4 and grandmother of 3, Kris provides the support, the understanding, and the responsiveness to make your surgical experience comfortable and secure.
Emma Calkins
Efficient...Responsible...Accurate
Emma has recently joined our practice as the Accounts Service Coordinator. Her familiarity and know-how of medical reimbursement procedures and patient financing are invaluable to the practice and therefore to you. A great communicator and an affable and friendly disposition enable smooth and efficient transactions with our office. She'll be responsive to your needs and knows that these arrangements are often sensitive and personal.
